As a yoga therapist, it’s so important to me that you are involved in this process, and that co-creation begins with a self-assessment session. The self-assessment will help me to get to know you on all five layers of the human system. After you complete the self-assessment forms, we will spend time going over the forms together and diving deep to ensure that I truly understand you, your needs, and your history. All of this depth will help me as a yoga therapist to begin writing your daily home yoga practice.
